I believe it’s up to us to avoid feeling blues. We control our own feelings. We can choose what emotions to hide and to temporary lock it away. It’s just as simple as painting the blues away with other happy thoughts, other memorable thoughts that are still keeping us alive till this day.
Sometimes, I have a lot of things going on in my head, but somehow I am able to temporary forget about it by occupying myself with other things. I know it’s kinda bad, but at least I painted the blues away, myself.
